About

I’m Aloysius.
I build, ship,
and study.

Web designer and developer. AI researcher. Open-source builder.
Based in Tamil Nadu, India.

I’m an independent web designer and developer operating under the name f4ust. I design and build custom websites and web apps for founders and growing teams — doing the whole job myself, from first structure through launch.

Outside client work, I study AI. My current focus is on how small open-weight language models can be made to reason more effectively at inference time — without retraining or fine-tuning. That research led to my first paper: Adaptive Reasoning Has Measurable Headroom in Small Open-Weight Models.

I also build open-source tools when I have an itch to scratch. SprintUI started as a way to understand how frameworks work from the inside. Scengine came from needing a scraping tool that didn’t fall apart when the site changed. The CSS design tool came from wanting something faster than DevTools for visual iteration.

I care about work that ships, code that’s readable, and interfaces that don’t make people think twice.

Adaptive Reasoning Has Measurable Headroom in Small Open-Weight Models

Small models under 7B parameters have significant untapped reasoning capacity. This paper measures how much, and shows it can be unlocked with adaptive inference strategies — no retraining required.
